Cancellation and Returns

In short

All our products are made specially for you, to your dimensions and choices.
You can cancel an order until production starts. When production starts, we will email you.
If you cancel before production starts, the cancellation fee is at most 5% of the product price or ₪100, whichever is lower.
Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, except where the law allows it.
If a product is defective, damaged in transit or does not match your order, contact us. The warranty and your rights under law apply.
You can give notice of cancellation by phone, email, registered mail or through the site.

An order on this site is a "distance sale" under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
Section 14C of the law gives consumers a right to cancel a distance sale.
Under section 14C(d), that right does not apply, among other things, to goods made specially for the consumer following the transaction.
Everything you order on the site, porcelain and Corian sinks, vanities, mirrors and laundry cabinets, is made specially for you after you order, to the dimensions, finish and options you chose. So, as a rule, the right to cancel under section 14C does not apply to these products.
Even so, we let you cancel before production starts, as set out in section 2.

You can cancel your order as long as production has not started.
When production starts, we will email you to say so, at the address you gave in your order.
If you cancel before production starts, we refund what you paid, less a cancellation fee. The fee will not exceed 5% of the product price or ₪100, whichever is lower.
The delivery fee is refunded in full.
We refund within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation.

Once production has started and we have emailed you about it, the order cannot be cancelled.
This does not affect your rights under law, for example if the product is defective, does not match your order, or is not delivered on time.

If the product arrives defective, damaged in transit, or does not match your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos.
In that case no cancellation fee is charged.
We will review your claim and handle it under the warranty terms and the law.
All our products have a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover chips and cracks, damage caused by misuse, or damage that occurs after installation. See section 10 of the Terms.
A difference of up to ±2 mm from the dimension ordered is not a non-conformity.
If the product is damaged after delivery, contact us.

In your notice, give your full name, your ID number and your order number.

We will confirm in writing that we received your notice.

We refund to the means of payment you used. For card payments, we cancel the charge.
We refund within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation.
The refund is the amount you paid, less any cancellation fee allowed under section 2.
