Terms of Sale and Use

This is the English version of our Hebrew terms. If the two differ, the Hebrew version applies.

1. Who we are

Stonewood is a brand of Kadouri Advanced Industries Ltd. ("the Company", "we", "us"). The Company makes made-to-measure sinks and bathroom vanities in Israel and sells them on www.stonewood.co.il ("the site").

These terms apply to your use of the site and to every order placed on it. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them.

2. Who can order

Orders on the site are for delivery to an address in Israel.
To order, you must be 18 or over and hold a valid means of payment.
These terms are written for private customers (consumers).
Business customers: purchases for business purposes are not covered by the cancellation rights of the Consumer Protection Law. Prices and payment terms for businesses are set in a separate agreement or quote; these terms apply to everything else.

3. Ordering through the product configurator

On the product page you choose a model and configure it: dimensions, finish and other options, as offered on that page.
The price on the page updates as you choose.
If you enter a dimension of your own, the product will be made to the dimension you entered.
Before you pay, you see an order summary: the product, dimensions, finish, price and delivery fee. Check it carefully.
The product is made exactly to the details in the order summary.

4. Prices

Prices on the site are in new Israeli shekels (₪) and include VAT.
The product price does not include delivery. The delivery fee is charged at checkout, once per order, and shown before you pay. See "Shipping and Delivery".
The product price does not include installation. Installation is a separate paid service, quoted separately.
The price that applies to your order is the price in the order summary at the time you pay.
If there is an obvious error in a price or in product details, such as a typing error, we will tell you before production starts. You can then confirm the order with the correct details, or cancel it and get back everything you paid.

5. Payment

You pay on the site by credit card, on a secure payment page.
Card payments are processed by Nayax, our payment provider.
Data between your browser and the site travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
You will receive a tax invoice for every order.

6. When your order is confirmed

After you pay, we email you that we have received your order, with its details.
Your order is confirmed when we email you an order confirmation.
Every product is made specially for you, so production starts only after your order is confirmed.
When production starts, we will email you. Until then you can cancel your order. See "Cancellation and Returns".
If we cannot make the product as ordered, we will contact you. If we cannot agree on a solution, we will cancel the order and refund everything you paid.

7. Measurements are your responsibility

You are responsible for the dimensions and choices you enter in your order.
Before you order, measure the place where the product will be installed: width, depth, tap and drain positions, and the cabinet or wall it will be fitted to.
The product is made to the dimensions you confirmed in the order summary. A product made to those dimensions, within the size tolerance (section 8), conforms to your order, even if it does not fit the space in practice.
Before payment, you will be asked to tick a box confirming these terms and the dimensions you chose in your order.

8. Size tolerance

For all our products, each dimension may differ by up to 2 mm either way (±2 mm) from the dimension ordered.
A difference within this range is not a defect and not a non-conformity with your order.

9. Delivery and installation

We deliver throughout Israel.
Delivery fee: ₪350 in the Tel Aviv District and the Central District, and ₪700 everywhere else in Israel. VAT included.
The delivery fee is charged at checkout, once per order.
You can also collect your order yourself, free of charge, from our factory in the Karnei Shomron Industrial Zone. We will phone you when it is ready to set a pickup time.
We deliver within up to 19 business days from order confirmation, subject to arranging the delivery date with you.
The product is ready to ship within 14 business days (Sunday to Thursday) from order confirmation.
Once the product is ready, delivery takes up to 5 business days. We will phone you to set the delivery date.
Installation is done by Stonewood, as a separate paid service, quoted separately.

10. Warranty

All our products have a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, from the day the product is delivered (or collected).
The warranty does not cover:
- chips and cracks;
- damage caused by misuse;
- damage that occurs after installation.
Material you supply yourself:
- We check the material before work starts. If it turns out to be unsuitable, we will tell you and will not start production.
- We are responsible for our workmanship. We are not responsible for the quality, suitability, colour consistency, durability or hidden defects of the material you supplied, unless we knew, or should reasonably have seen before using it, that it was unsuitable.
- Cutting waste is an unavoidable part of the work. Leftover material and offcuts are not returned; we dispose of them.
- If the material is not enough, is damaged or cannot be used, we will tell you, and the delivery date moves until replacement material arrives.
To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and photos of the defect. We will review the claim and handle it under the warranty terms and the law.
For repair or replacement of a damaged product, contact us.
This warranty does not reduce any rights you have under law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
To the extent the law allows, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We are not responsible for installation carried out by anyone not acting on our behalf, or for damage it causes.
Nothing in this section limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

12. Use of the site

The photos, text and design on the site belong to the Company or to those who permitted it to use them. Do not copy them or use them commercially without our prior written consent.
We try to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date. If you find a mistake, please tell us.

13. Privacy

We use the details you give us to handle your order, delivery, installation and service.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time.
Each order is governed by the terms published on the site on the day of the order.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and every order on the site are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
The competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have jurisdiction over any matter relating to these terms or to an order.
