Installation	By Stonewood, a separate paid service, quoted separately

We deliver throughout Israel.

Tel Aviv District and Central District: ₪350.
Everywhere else in Israel: ₪700.
Both fees include VAT.
The fee is charged once per order, even if the order has several products.
At checkout you choose the delivery area (Tel Aviv District and Central District, or the rest of Israel) or self-pickup, and the price is shown before you pay.
If the area you chose does not match the delivery address, we will phone you before production starts and charge or refund the difference (₪350).
Self-pickup from our factory in the Karnei Shomron Industrial Zone: free. We will phone you when your order is ready to set a time.

We deliver within up to 19 business days from order confirmation, subject to arranging the delivery date with you. The time breaks down as follows:

Production. The product is ready to ship within 14 business days from order confirmation. Business days are Sunday to Thursday.
Transit. Once the product is ready, delivery takes up to 5 business days.

If a delay is expected, we will tell you in advance and agree a new date with you.

When the product is ready, we will phone you to set the delivery date.
Delivery is made by our own delivery team or by a courier company.
If a delivery cannot take place on the agreed date for a reason on your side, we will agree a new date with you.

A full address and a phone number we can reach.
An adult (18 or over) to receive the product at the agreed time.
A clear path from the vehicle to the handover point: nearby parking, a lift or stairwell, and doorways wide enough for the product.
Tell us in advance about anything difficult: a high floor without a lift, narrow stairs, or limited vehicle access.

Check the packaging and the product when it arrives, before installation.
Make sure the model, dimensions and finish match your order.
If you see visible damage, such as a break, crack or chip, note it on the delivery note, take photos, and tell us within 7 days of delivery.
Do not install a product with visible damage. Contact us first.
