Floating Bathroom Vanities

Floating bathroom vanities, made to measure

A floating vanity hangs on the wall, with no legs and no contact with the floor. The floor stays clear, cleaning under the cabinet is easy, and the room feels more open. Every floating vanity we make is built to order in Israel, 50 to 150 cm wide depending on the model, with an integral porcelain sink or a top in oak butcher block, solid acrylic or porcelain. It is one of our two kinds of made-to-measure bathroom vanities, next to the floor-standing vanities.

Mounting height – you decide

A wall-hung cabinet has no legs to fix its height, so the mounting height is set at installation, to suit the people who use the basin. Remember that the sink adds height: our integral sink comes with a 6 or 15 cm frame that sits on top of the cabinet, so the overall height is worked out with it. Our team installs and sets the height with you on site, at an additional charge.

Before ordering, measure the width of the niche at several heights and note the smallest figure – walls are not always perfectly straight, especially in older homes. Mark where the water and drain pipes come out as well: that decides whether the tap sits on the sink or on the wall, and where the tap hole is cut.

Width for the niche, front to taste

The width is chosen per model: Star in 60, 80 or 100 cm, Toscana from 60 to 120 cm, Casa and Rondo from 60 to 150 cm, and narrow models from 50 cm for a guest WC. Fronts are painted with two-component polyurethane paint, oven-baked (PU), or made of natural oak with a lacquer – on Casa, for example, oak in a walnut tone. Smooth or fluted fronts, recessed drawer pulls, soft-close drawers.

The sink that sits on it

The integral sink: bowl and top from the same porcelain slab, in the same colour, with a minimal joint, in 37 slab finishes, at exactly the cabinet's width. No silicone seam in the corner, so there is nothing to replace or whiten. Instead of a porcelain sink, some models take a top in natural oak butcher block or solid acrylic.

Which wall can it hang on?

A floating vanity carries its own weight, the sink and whatever is inside it on the wall, so the wall type and the anchoring matter. Concrete or solid block is the simple case; with drywall or hollow block, ask us before you order so the installation is planned properly.

Frequently asked questions

What is the mounting height of a floating vanity?

There is no fixed height – a wall-hung vanity is mounted at the height that suits the people using it. Remember that the integral sink adds a 6 or 15 cm frame above the cabinet, so set the cabinet height together with the sink height you want.

Can a floating vanity hang on drywall?

It depends on the wall and the anchoring. On concrete or solid block the installation is straightforward; with drywall or hollow block, ask us before ordering and we will plan the installation accordingly. Our team installs at an additional charge.

What widths does a floating vanity come in?

By model, from 50 to 150 cm: Star 60–100, Toscana 60–120, Casa and Rondo 60–150. The cabinet is made to within ±2 mm of the size you order.

Is there a narrow floating vanity for a guest WC?

Yes, the narrow models start at 50 cm. For a guest WC you can also consider a compact wall-hung sink without a cabinet.

Which sink fits a floating vanity?

An integral porcelain sink at the cabinet's width, with a 6 or 15 cm frame – bowl and top from the same porcelain slab, in the same colour, with a minimal joint. Depending on the model, a top in oak butcher block or solid acrylic is also possible.

What is the difference between a floating and a floor-standing vanity?

A floating vanity hangs on the wall and leaves the floor clear; a floor-standing one sits on legs or a plinth. Finishes and widths are the same – choose by the room and the wall.

How much does a floating vanity cost?

It depends on the width, front and top, and is calculated on the model's page for every combination, VAT included.

How long does it take, and what does delivery cost?
